Pre-formed modules for speed. Custom bends for everything else.
Modular system
Straights from 1200 to 2500 mm, curves at 45°, 60° and 90° across three radii, and complete ring luminaires. Universal connectors join modules in any orientation, so a layout can be configured from stock components and installed quickly.
Custom system
Profile, silicone diffuser and LED strip cut to your length, with the bending radius built into the profile: 200 mm on Ø25, 500 mm on Ø50. For bespoke forms the modular range cannot follow. Custom options available, contact our office to discuss further.

What is the minimum bend radius for Evoline flexible LED?
The Ø25 profile bends to a 200mm radius and the Ø50 profile to 500mm in the custom system. In the modular range, pre-formed curves are available at 200mm, 515mm and 765mm radius for Ø25, and 515mm, 1030mm and 1800mm for Ø50.
What voltage does Evoline run on?
Evoline runs on 24 V DC. The one exception is the FLS-EVO25-10 LED strip for the Ø25 custom system, which runs on 48 V DC.
How much light does Evoline produce per metre?
At 3000K, the Ø50 profile with the FLS-EVO50-20 strip produces 1,928 lm/m at 20 W/m, and the Ø25 profile with the FLS-EVO25-14 strip produces 1,184 lm/m at 14.4 W/m. Output varies with the colour temperature selected.
What colour temperatures are available?
Evoline is available in 2700K, 3000K, 4000K and 6000K. The colour temperature code (27, 30, 40 or 60) replaces the XX in the model code. RGBW is available on request when the diameter is larger than 2 metres.
Is Evoline suitable for outdoor use?
No. Evoline is rated IP20 and is designed for interior installations, with an operating temperature range of −20°C to +45°C.
