73 Miller Street

Located on a busy intersection in North Sydney’s business district, 73 Miller Street is a 13-storey A-Grade commercial building embracing sustainability and staff well-being. The 1980’s office building was completely renovated to a contemporary design with a breath-taking view of the harbour and the city. A number of priorities were identified for the new office design including its environmental performance, employee wellness, accessibility and adaptability. These factors secured the building a 5-Star Green Star and 5-Star NABERS energy rating.

Together with the team at Buildcorp & Class Electrical we provided light fixtures and lighting calculations for all base building office levels (future and current fitout), the lobby, internal common areas, bathrooms, corridors and end-of-trip facility at 73 Miller Street.
