LPA Energy Group Expands U.S. Presence Through Merger of LPA USA and CS Illumination
Melbourne, Australia – 1st March 2026
LPA Energy Group has announced the merger of LPA USA and CS Illumination, bringing together two established lighting organisations with decades of combined experience serving the North American market.
The merger is a strategic step toward strengthening the companies’ ability to support clients through greater operational scale, broader capabilities, and access to LPA’s global network spanning North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Both organisations have built strong reputations on long-standing client relationships, responsive service, and deep expertise in lighting solutions. By combining their strengths, the merged business will offer clients an expanded range of resources – from advanced lighting systems and energy management to end-to-end project support – while preserving the trusted teams, relationships and ways of working they already rely on.
There will be no immediate changes to roles or day-to-day operations. Scott King will lead both LPA USA and CS Illumination, providing unified leadership and alignment across the combined North American business, with a focus on delivering high levels of service and support to clients across the region.
