Sinclair Brook

LPA was recently contracted by TJB electrical to provide an alternative lighting solution for an office refurbishment at Sinclair Brook.

We offered a lighting package including lux level calculations in compliance with AS/NZS 1680, NCC2019 Section J6 standards and suitable products under the LPA range to meet the client’s final design intent.

To blend in seamlessly with the wood panel ceiling in the reception area, the Levi fitting in surface format was selected to create a subtle and contemporary look.

Surface and suspended linear profiles were used to illuminate both the office and meeting room areas as well as to provide directional flow throughout the walkways.

Complimenting the linear lighting, the Logan and Rose were used to achieve effective downlighting in specific areas to illuminate the walls or work stations.

Overall, a modern and sleek lighting design tailored to compliment the client’s brand, working within timeline expectations and budget was achieved.

We are proud our service solution could meet the expectations of everyone involved and that the client was so happy with the result.

“A big thank you for the help you provided us and our client in the recent completion of their office renovation in the CBD.

After we had secured the project our client approached us looking for some cost savings – the first thing to look at was the astronomical cost of the specified lighting, this is when I contacted LPA and you got straight onto it for me.

Not only did you save my client a whopping 65% with a very similar alternative, you also came up with other cost savings with your technical knowledge.

We were provided with lux plots to show our client what sort of light the fittings would produce for them and also the J6 calculations required for the building surveyors.

I will be using LPA on future projects where I can as they have provided me with a quality product at a great price and have made the entire “Alternative” experience a breeze, taking all of the hard work out of it and presenting a package that my client couldn’t refuse.”
