Starting from a blank canvas, the Google Melbourne offices were redesigned and built to reflect the atmosphere and styling of Melbourne’s famous laneways.
B2B Project & Construction Management were engaged by Google to work in conjunction with Siren Design to project manage the design and construction of their new offices.
Having worked with LPA before, B2B successfully managed the supply of lighting products throughout the offices ranging from surface mounted downlights, suspended pendants to LED strip.
LPA worked closely with Aston Consulting Engineers to provide a lighting solution which collaborated with the interior design concept – similar tones and feel to Melbourne’s laneways, whilst providing light levels that are conducive to a work environment with limited glare and high efficacy.
