Working collaboratively with Vantage Fitout and Keece, LPA supplied the light fixtures for the 3-Star NABERS energy-rated commercial building at 71 Palmerston Crescent. The refurbished building features a contemporary design for the ground floor lobby including stylish end-of-trip facilities and offices with stunning views overlooking South Melbourne.
LPA provided luminaires from our core range to meet the short turnaround time and match the design intent. We provided lux calculations and sales support with all our lighting meeting building code standards. Low-glare UGR-rated fittings were selected for the main office, break-out zone and bike storage to ensure comfortable lighting for the occupants.
As a feature in the end-of-trip facility, we used the Liquid Line pendant from Lightnet above the mirror vanities to enhance the hotel-style design.
